Design File Upload Guide
Make sure your files are print-ready by following these guidelines. This ensures smooth processing and high-quality results for your printed materials.
1. File Formats We Accept
- Preferred Formats: PDF (Print-Ready), AI, EPS
- Other Accepted Formats: JPEG, PNG, PSD (300 DPI recommended)
2. File Size
- Ensure files are no larger than 50 MB for online uploads.
- For larger files, contact us for alternative sharing options (Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer).
3. Resolution Requirements
- Use 300 DPI (dots per inch) for all files to ensure sharp, high-quality printing.
4. Color Mode
- Use CMYK color mode for all designs to ensure accurate print colors.
- RGB files may appear different when printed.
5. Bleed & Safe Zone
- Add a 3mm bleed on all sides to avoid white edges after trimming.
- Keep important text and elements within the safe zone (5mm inside the edge).
6. Fonts & Text
- Convert all text to outlines/curves to prevent font issues during printing.
- If submitting editable files, include the font files or links to download them.
7. Additional Guidelines
- Flatten Layers: Ensure all layers are flattened to avoid missing elements.
- Embedded Images: Make sure all images are embedded, not linked externally.
